Antonio Medina

Club founder and ceo

Antonio Medina, a proud native of San Francisco, has dedicated over 12 years to youth development within the City of San Francisco, alongside more than 20 years of coaching throughout the area. His extensive coaching experience spans esteemed institutions such as Riordan High School, Stuart Hall, Skyline College, Leadership High, Bay City Futsal, SF Glens, and SF Elite. Currently holds national coaching licenses from F to B, Antonio has committed his career to empowering underprivileged youth creating pathways to Division I, II, and III opportunities and professional level.


Driven by his passion for giving back, he founded Bay City Futsal, a program designed to provide children from underserved communities with genuine pathways to college and brighter futures through soccer and futsal. As the Founder, he remains deeply invested in the community that shaped him, offering mentorship, access, and elite training for the next generation.

Adrian Medina

Club President and head coach

Adrian, a Bay Area native, brings eight years of coaching experience and nearly two decades of combined futsal and soccer knowledge. Growing up training under his father, Antonio, he helped build Bay City from the ground up an upbringing that shaped his development and led to a successful playing career, including Division I soccer.  Adrian has trained and developed players who have gone on to compete in MLS Next, ECNL, and GA, continuing the same futsal-driven methodology that elevated his own game.


His coaching experience spans U6 to U18 with SF Glens, SF Elite, BayCity Futsal, and Leadership High School. As a player, Adrian represented the U.S. Futsal National Team and competed with the San Francisco Glens’ USL2 first squad. After completing his Division I career and graduating with a master’s degree in Sports Management from the University of San Francisco, Adrian remains driven to carry forward the methodology that shaped both his family and the next generation of players.

Ayinde Cole

Director of operations and coach

Originally from Southern California, Ayinde grew up playing elite academy soccer with Arsenal FC and Baltimore Armour Academy before continuing at the collegiate level with San Francisco State (Division II) and Alvernia University (Division III).


Ayinde pairs his soccer background with a strong business foundation earning his bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University and an MBA from the University of Maryland. This combination of on field experience and business leadership helps him support and grow youth development programs in the Bay Area.


He has coached age groups from U8 to U18 across clubs such as SF Glens, SF Elite, Bay City, Leadership High School, and Archbishop Riordan High School, while also providing individualized technical training sessions for young players.



Driven by a passion for developing the next generation, Ayinde believes in the powerful blend of futsal and soccer to build smarter, more creative athletes.

Uilliam garduno

Head of youth Development and head trainer

Coach Uli, a San Francisco native, grew up in the Bay City program and is a true product of the futsal-and-soccer pathway that helped him reach the highest youth levels. Now serving as Bay City’s Head Trainer, he’s known for high-energy sessions, sharp technical detail, and his ability to connect with players.


Uli continued his development with the San Francisco Glens before moving into coaching, leading their 2016 and 2015 boys teams and serving as Boys Varsity Coach at San Francisco Waldorf School in 2024. This fall, he joins JCHS while continuing to elevate players at Bay City.



A graduate of San Francisco State University, Uli brings a strong foundation in leadership and youth engagement—and a passion for helping players reach their full potential through the same pathway that shaped him.
